About Ann Marie Smith

Ann Marie Smith is a NYC Licensed Associate Broker buying, selling and renting properties since 2004. She is a graduate of Dominican College Blauvelt, NY with a BS in Business Management and a specialization in Human Resources. Ann Marie is also a Certified Member of the Society of Human Resources. Ann Marie, the first woman elected to the Clarkstown Town Board, held that position for 17 years. Her municipal experience in Building, Development, Planning and Zoning directly correlates and assists her clients with their real estate needs. Ann Marie and her husband, Arthur, raised four children in Congers, NY and now enjoy seven grandchildren living in New City, Bardonia and Congers all within the Town of Clarkstown. Ann Marie is a Paul Harris Rotary Fellow; an active member of the Veterans Memorial Assoc. of Congers; The Citizens Advisory Board of Clarkstown; and Chair of Seton Village and Vincent Village Senior Housing Board in Nanuet, NY., providing 200 units of affordable housing in Rockland County.
